2006 Chablis, PC La Forêt, Jean-Claude Bessin. Must be so good with seafood. Can’t wait to open it.

Chablis

This is the first vintage when Jean-Claude Bessin has made a separate cuvee of his holdings in ‘La Foret’, where his vines are about 40 years old. This is very classy Chablis with a beautiful core of fruit and a lingering, mineral finish.
